舰船特种阀门极少失效条件下可靠性寿命研究

摘    要:舰船特种阀门是舰船上常用的一种机械产品,必须具有高可靠性的特点.针对其可靠性寿命研究问题,设计了某型号舰船特种阀门的可靠性寿命试验方案并进行了试验,对于试验结果出现极少数失效数据的情况,结合阀门寿命一般服从两参数Weibull分布的特性,提出并运用Weibull-Bayes方法进行了评估,根据工程经验和相似产品的历史试验数据确定形状参数,得出该型号特种阀门的各可靠性指标及失效分布函数,并在此基础上验算了给定置信水平及可靠度时的可靠度寿命.结合实例,对比分析了Bayes方法、最小二乘法及本文方法所得的特种阀门可靠性寿命,验证了本文所用方法的科学性和实用性及其应用简便等特点,为该型号阀门的质量改进和基于可靠性的维修管理提供了理论支持.本文的研究思路和方法对类似产品的可靠性寿命研究有着很好的借鉴意义.

Abstract:As a commonly used piece of machinery in vessels,the vessel special valve must have high reliability.In order to study its reliability life,a reliability life test program for a certain type of vessel special valve was designed and carried out.For the few-failure data of the test results,since valve life generally obeys the two-parameter Weibull distribution characteristic,the Weibull-Bayes method was proposed and used to assess the data.With the shape parameter decided by project experience and similar product history tentative data,the reliability index and failure distribution function of the valve was obtained,and finally,the reliability life under the condition of the given confidence level and reliability was calculated.An example was introduced to verify that the method proposed in the paper is scientific,practical,and easy to use,through contrast of the reliability life according to Bayesian analysis,the least squares method,and the method proposed in the paper.The results provide theoretical support for the quality improvement and reliability management of this model valve.The method may also be used for reference in reliability life assessment of other similar products.
