摘    要:固体火箭发动机的喷管与燃气接触的表面常常喷涂一层绝热材料,如氧化铝.在高温燃气的冲刷之下,这涂层往往受到不同程度的烧蚀,因此,该状态下的传热分析属于移动边界传热问题.本文针对这一事实建立了有限元计算模型,并获得了该状态下的喷管壁温以及涂层在不同时刻下的烧蚀厚度与烧蚀速率.

Abstract:The finite element model (Galerkin equation) for a non-steady heat conduction problem with a multilayer wall and moving boundary is developed from the fact that the surface cover layer of the nozzle of the a solid rocket motor, such as aluminum oxide one, is eroded by the flowing hot gas on the surface.The temperature field of the nozzle wall, erosion ratio and the thickness of the cover layer at various instant are given.
