虚拟企业风险研究

从虚拟企业组建及运行过程可以发现，虚拟企业中的风险因素可以在各个伙伴之间进行传递和累积，并显著影响着虚拟企业的风险水平、因此对虚拟企业风险进行识别、衡量与控制的研究就显得非常重要．本文从虚拟企业风险产生的原因分析入手，运用环境分析、风险函数、优化控制等定性与定量分析相结合的方法，给出了虚拟企业风险识别、衡量与控制的对策和建议．虚拟企业风险的存在，要求在选择虚拟企业伙伴、组建虚拟企业及运行过程中，必须对其风险有足够重视，及时识别、衡量风险，并找出控制风险的办法．通过对虚拟企业风险的研究，提出了虚拟企业风险分析和控制模型，可以帮助虚拟企业在可承受的风险幅度范围内最大限度地实现利益目标，具有一定的实际应用价值．

Study of the risks of virtual enterprises

In the construction and operation process,virtual enterprises may well pass on or pile up risks among group members and thus affect the enterprise's aggregate risk level.Accordingly,the recognition,measurement and control of risks should take a fairly important role in the whole process.Beginning with the analyses of the formation of risks,this paper attempts to offer solutions and advice on the recognition,measurement and control of risks by virtue of qualitative and quantitative analyses,such as environmental analysis,risk function,and optimizing.Virtual enterprises have to put much stress on risk control,especially in the construction and operation process and carefully choose business partners.Effective measures for risk control should also be timely employed.The paper aims to provide some measures to help virtual enterprises to achieve the balance between ultimate profit and possible risks.
