黑龙江省中心城市综合发展水平的因子分析

对黑龙江省的11个中心城市经济，社会发展状况进行分析和综合评价，通过因子得分判定各个城市综合发展水平，对排序结果进行分析并提出相应的对策，应用统计学中的因子分析模型，对黑龙江省11个中心城市发展状况的原始数据进行处理，得到11个城市的因子得分，综合得分前4名的城市依次是大庆，哈尔滨，牡丹江，齐齐哈尔，得分最低的4个城市依次是双鸭山，鸡西，鹤岗，伊春，得分最低的4个城市都是资源型城市，黑龙江省应该着重解决资源型城市的可持续发展，一方面要解决劳动密集型产业衰退过程中劳动力转移问题，另一方面又要促进地区经济结构的转换和地域开发。

Factor Analysis for Level of Comprehensive Development of Center Cities in Heilongjiang Province

The primary data about the levels of social and economical development of the 11 central cities in Heilongjiang Province was processed using a analysis model to establion the component score for each of the cities.Daqing,Harbin.Mudanjiang and Qiqihar are the top 4 cities,and Shuangyashan,Jixi,Hegang,Yichun are the bottom 4 cities.The bottom four cities are all cities of resources sustained development is essemtial for cities of resources in Heilongjiang.Transfer of workforce must be handled properly while the labor_intensive industries are reducing,and the transformation of regional economic structure must be farther promoted.
