摄像机运动下的动态目标检测与跟踪

研究摄像机运动情况下的运动目标检测和跟踪问题.给出了一种基于块匹配的背景运动补偿差分方法.将此算法和对称差分法结合,给出了一种动摄像机的运动目标跟踪方法,以复杂场景下的人为跟踪目标进行了实验.取得了不错的跟踪效果.实验结果表明,该方法不仅消除了摄像机运动给目标检测造成的影响,而且检测提取的目标比较完整.该方法实现了对运动目标的大角度跟踪,在单摄像机的视频监控系统中有一定的实用价值.

Detection and tracking of moving targets with a moving camera

This paper focuses on the detection and tracking of moving targets in image sequences acquired by a moving camera.A difference method for background motion compensation based on block matching is proposed.By combining symmetric difference method,a tracking method for moving targets with moving camera is established.Experiments tracking people moving in a complex environment showed the good tracking effect.Using this method,the negative effects due to camera motion can be eliminated,and the target extracted from real-time images is relatively complete.As this method can track targets in a relatively wide range,so it can find potential application in video surveillance systems with a single camera.
