| 摘 要： | 区域技术创新能力是区域经济增长和竞争的决定性因素，其强弱是衡量一个区域技术创新实力的重要尺度．针对此问题，运用因子分析方法，选取了30个省区14个指标，通过对各地区有关统计数据的计算与分析，得出了区域创新水平、区域创新效果和区域创新效率3个公共因子，并在此基础上进行因子评分，对各地区区域技术创新能力进行综合评价与分析，为各地区构建区域创新系统和制定区域发展政策提供依据．

Factor analysis for evaluation of regional technology innovation ability |

| Abstract: | Factor analysis had been applied to evaluation of regional technology innovation ability with 30 regions and 14 variables selected from 30 provinces or regions, and three principal components:regional innovation level, regional innovation effect and regional innovation efficiency was established .Scores were thus calculated for the regional technology innovation ability of different regions thereby providing necessary information for constructing regional innovation systems and formulating regional development policies. |
