煤/气混烧电站锅炉对流受热面传热特性的研究

摘    要:以某350 MW煤粉/高炉煤气混烧电站锅炉为研究对象,通过采用试验研究与热力计算相结合的方法,对混烧高炉煤气后锅炉对流受热面的传热系数进行了修正,满足了掺烧气体燃料后的传热特性,保证了热力计算程序的准确性,对锅炉的优化运行具有指导意义.

Abstract:The boiler of 350 MW in a steel group company is chosen as the study object.The heat transfer coefficient of the convection heating surfaces of boiler burning pulverized coal and BFG mixture are corrected by experimental study and thermal calculation method.Adopting the corrected coefficient,the result of calculating heat transfer characteristics of pulverized coal blending BFG are consistent with the experimental results.The operation optimization of the boiler is directed.
