Short-term Tactics for Electric Power Security for the Urban Economic Operation of Shanghai

In view of the electric power security for urban economic operation of Shanghai, the paper proposes such short-term tactics as enhancing Shanghai supply capacity of electric power itself, reinforcing outer supply strength of electric power, and forming systematic coordination capacity between electric source and electric power network, improving regulative and manipulative force of electric power safety, increasing transmission capacity of power system, and stepping up the contribution resulting from the energy saving sense of the public.
