有机朗肯循环机组性能仿真与变工况运行分析

摘    要:目前国内外对于有机朗肯循环(ORC)系统的热力学研究大都集中在循环工质的优选与定工况下的循环系统优化和参数模拟,对于工程上遇到的变工况运行和安全运行的情况很少提及。使用流程软件AspenPlus对ORC系统进行了变工况运行模拟,并对模拟结果进行了分析,以期为应用ORC系统尤其是使用透平机作为动力设备的ORC系统提供一定的参考。

Abstract:At present, the thermodynamic researches on organic Rankine cycle (ORC) systems mainly focus on the optimization of circulating working fluid and optimization and parameter simulation of the circulatory system under the fixed conditions both at home and abroad. The projects concerning variable operation and safe operation are rarely mentioned. Flow software Aspen Plus is used to simulate the ORC system under variable working conditions and analyze the simulation results. Thus, our research may provide some reference value for engineering applications which use ORC system especially turbines as a power plant.
