掺烧煤热解气和生物质气对锅炉NOx排放的影响

摘    要:对煤热解气和生物质气耦合煤粉进行了模拟,研究了不同组分的掺烧气体条件下锅炉NOx排放规律。结果表明,与原煤燃烧相比,掺烧煤热解气和生物质气均可降低锅炉NOx排放量。烟道出口处,原煤燃烧工况下NOx浓度值为244.2 mg/m3,比掺烧煤热解气时的NOx浓度值高出44.7 mg/m3,比掺烧生物质气时的NOx浓度值高出28.1 mg/m3。燃气组分中CHi基元成分越高,NOx排放值越低。

Abstract:In this paper,coal pyrolysis gas and biomass gas coupled pulverized coal are simulated to study the NOx emission under the condition of different components of mixed combustion gas.The result shows that compared with coal combustion,mixed combustion of coal pyrolysis gas and biomass gas can reduce NOx emissions.The outlet NOx concentration value of coal combustion is 244.2mg/m3,which is 44.7 mg/m3 higher than that of coal pyrolysis gas combustion,and 28.1 mg/m3 higher than that of biomass gas combustion.The higher the CHi elementary composition in the gas component is,the lower the NOx emission is.
