摘    要:提出了一套全新的城市配电网综合评估指标体系、权重得分及评估方法,运用层次分析法(AHP)建立了综合评价指标平台,实现了针对配电网规划成果的量化评估.该系统基于电力GIS系统,数据与GIS系统数据同步更新,构建城市配电网评估规划模型,大大提高了配电网评估的准确性及规划的效率和可操作性.

Abstract:A new comprehensive evaluation index system,weighted average scores and methods are proposed for urban distribution network,and an evaluation platform is established by using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and the quantitative evaluation of the status quo of the outcome of planning for distribution network is constructed.The system is based on the power of GIS data and GIS data updated synchronously,setting urban distribution network planning model,greatly improving the efficiency of distribution network planning and workability
