| 摘 要： | 通过大量的资料收集和调查研究,在综合分析的基础上,首次对CAD技术在电力企业的含义进行了界定,提出了CAD技术在电力企业的实施原则．从”电力企业技术特点”、“电力系统对电力企业所提出的要求”和“电力企业今后的发展”论证了电力企业实施CAD技术已成为一个必然的发展趋势．首次运用软件工程学的方法,借助数据沈图,对CAD技术的实施工作进行自项向下的逐层分解,实现了“全面规划,分步实施”．并对培训工作的内容进行了细化,提出了培训工作的“四个模块、三个层次”．

| Abstract: | Based on the synthetical analysis of a vast amount of data, the definition and principle of the enforcement of CAD technique in power enterprise are proposed for the first time in this paper. The enexorable trend of the enforcement of CAD in powe enterprises is expound and proved. With the help of the data chart and software engineering method, the way of dissolving layer by layer from top to bottom" and "overall planning enforced step by step"is raised. The traning content is resolved carefully. Four blocks and three layers of the traning work are advocated. |
