基于分时电价的建筑虚拟储能利用

摘    要:定义了两个指标,分别从填谷功率和调峰功率来说明虚拟储能的填谷能力和调峰能力。采用建筑能耗模拟软件EnergyPlus对一栋二层办公楼进行模拟,通过设置时间计划表来量化建筑虚拟储能的能力,从而实现对建筑虚拟储能的利用。模型得出了虚拟储能的关键性指标,其中填谷功率为40.9 kW,调峰功率为43.8 kW。根据分时电价制定策略,在虚拟储能运行策略下建筑空调电费单日节省34.6元,节省率为12.7%。虚拟储能净效益为1.8%。

Abstract:In this paper,two metrics are defined to illustrate the valley-filling capacity and peak-shaving capacity of virtual energy storage in terms of vally-filling power and peak-shaving power,respectively. In this paper, a two-story office building is simulated using EnergyPlus, a building energy simulation software,to quantify the capability of building virtual energy storage by setting up a time schedule to utilize the building virtual energy storage.The model yielded key metrics for virtual energy storage,including 40.9 kW of valley-filling power and 43.8 kW of peak-shaving power,and a savings of 34.6 RMB per day on the building air conditioning electricity bill under the virtual energy storage operation strategy according to the Shanghai time-of-use tariff,with a savings rate of 12.7%.The net benefit of virtual energy storage is 1.8%.
