摘    要:采用数值计算方法,对900MW机组湿法烟气脱硫系统的喷淋塔内流场进行了数值模拟,着重考察了不同喷淋层的投运方式对塔内流场的影响.研究结果表明,在烟气量为4.45566×10^6m^3/h,塔径为18.5m,3层喷淋,层间距2m时,90MW机组的湿法烟气脱硫系统的喷淋塔内阻力约为1.1KPa,与现场运行数据较为吻合.模拟结果表明,不同喷淋层的投运方式对流场影响较大.

Abstract:Adopting the numerical calculation method, the flow field of 900 MW wet flue gas desulfurization(WFGD) spraying scrubber is simulated, and how spray levels affect the scrubber resistance is obtained. The results show, for flue gas flow 4.455 660 m^3/h, scrubber diameter 18.5 m, three spray levels and level spacing interval 2 m, the resistance value of the 900 MW wet flue gas desulfurization spraying scrubber is about 1 100 Pa,which almost accords with the operation data in field. The flow field is significantly affected by using different spray levels.
