| 摘 要： | 以我国电力系统应对突发性灾害的实际需求为导向，总结了2008年初我国电力系统抗击冰雪灾害的经验和教训，探讨了突发性灾害中我国电力系统应急管理协调运行机制问题．指出了研究电力系统应急资源体系和投入保障机制的设计有利于建立我国电力系统的应对策略和可持续发展战略．
