超声振动系统设计及性能分析

摘    要:在分析与探求变截面杆纵振动控制方程及其通解的基础上,给出了在超声振动系统设计及性能分析的解析过程中所采用的一些基本公式.结合实际例子,介绍了用解析法进行超声换能器、变幅杆、组合谐振系统的设计及其性能分析的基本方法.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of and inquiry into the governing equation and its solutions for longitudinal vibraton of variable cross-sectionl bar, some fundamental formulas used analytically in designing and analyzing the ultrasonic vibration systems are given. By examplification, the analytical method to design and analyze the performance of ultrasonic tranducer, amplitude transformers and the resonant system of their combinations are introduced.
