脱硫塔流场的数值模拟

摘    要:以湿法脱硫塔为研究对象,以紊流模型及颗粒轨道模型为理论基础,利用FLUENT软件计算了脱硫塔内的三维流场.从计算结果来看,脱硫塔塔形、烟气进口形式、脱硫层布置形式等对脱硫塔内的流场都有较大的影响.

Abstract:On the theoretical basis of turbulence model and the particle trajectory model,the wet desulphurization spray tower is studied.Three-dimensional flow field in the desulphurization tower is calculated with the finite volume method and staggered grids.It can be seen that the shape of the desulfurization tower,the form of the inlet gas,the layout of the desulfurization layer and so on have a great influence on the flow field of the tower.
