椭圆H型翅片管压降与换热特性数值模拟

摘    要:利用商业软件Fluent模拟了烟气在不同流速下流经椭圆H型翅片管的流动和换热过程.利用软件生成了翅片的温度分布云图和烟气的速度云图,比较分析了在不同烟气流速下,翅片的开缝情况对翅片管换热以及阻力特性的影响.结果表明,横开缝的椭圆H型翅片管与纵开缝的相比,其传热效率更高,阻力更小.

Abstract:The process of flowing and heat exchanging through H-type finned elliptical tube of flue gas is simulated with FLUENT.The temperature and velocity distribution is created with software.The performance of pressure drop and heat transfer affected by the different slotting style is analyzed among different velocity of the flue gas.The results show that the transverse-slotted H-type finned elliptical tube has a higher heat transfer efficiency and a lower pressure drop than the longitudinal-slotted one.
