摘    要:汽轮发电机组的余弦突变及倍频突变是现场常见的振动故障,模拟了一个正弦振动信号分别产生余弦突变和倍频突变,并利用db5小波对此故障信号进行5层分解得到5层细节信号.故障信号分解的细节部分清晰地显示了奇异点的准确位置.仿真结果证明了小波分析用于汽轮发电机组振动信号检测的可行性和有效性,从而为汽轮发电机组振动信号的故障诊断提供有力依据.

Abstract:Dramatic change of cosine and multiple frequency is common vibration fault of turbo-generator units.The sine vibration signal is simulated to make cosine and multiple frequency change.The proposed signal is decomposed into 5 layers with db5 wavelet and the detail signal of 5 layers can be obtained.The discontinuity is located accurately and clearly in the detail signal.The simulation results prove it feasible and valid to check the vibration signals for turbo-generator units based on wavelet analysis,which provides support for fault diagnosis of vibration signals for turbo-generator units.
