| 摘 要： | 基于分数阶Fourier变换与时频分布的关系，利用合成孔径雷达运动目标回波信号本质上为线性调频信号的特点，在分数阶Fourier域对运动目标进行检测和多普勒参数估计，并通过理论分析和计算机仿真证明了该方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | Based on the relationship between the Fractional Fourier Transform and the time frequency distribution,using the property that the echo of a moving target is a chirp signal naturally, SAR moving target detection and Doppler parameter estimation have been done in the fractional Fourier domain.The theoretical analysis and simulation prove the effectiveness of this technique. |
