| 摘 要： | 装备保障指挥自动化系统建设是新时期军队建设的客观要求，从战略的高度分4个方面即1）落实军委新时期军事战略方针、实现保障有力的客观要求;2）新时期我军装备管理保障体系建设的客观要求;3）21世纪信息化战争和数字化战场的客观要求;4）落实新时期军队指挥自动化建设规划纲要的客观要求。在分析了国内外装备保障指挥自动化系统建设现状及发展趋势的基础上，阐述应加强装备保障指挥自动化系统建设的重要性；提出了我军应采取的主要措施和发展策略，对我军装备保障指挥自动化系统的建设具有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the importance of the equipmemt support military automated command system from the next four aspect: carrying out the military strategic policy of the new period for achieving more supporting, the construction of the equipmemt support military automated command system, the informational war and digital war field in the twenty-one century, the construction and programming of the equipmemt support military automated command. It analyzes the present situation and the developing trend of the equipmemt support military automated command system of foreign army's and ours. In addition, the main measure and the developing supposition is put forward. This will produces important guidance to the equipmemt support military automated command system. |
