| 摘 要： | 信息化是提高管理能力的有效手段。为加强军事代表质量监督能力建设，提高武器装备采购效益，提出了数字军工和基于数字军工的装备质量监督概念，分析了数字化制造给装备质量监督带来的挑战和机遇，探讨了集系统工程、并行工程和综合集成理论于一体的装备质量监督创新理论，提出了以需求传递为主线、以物料清单为载体的装备质量监督创新方法，分析了装备质量监督信息管理系统建设基本内容。

| Abstract: | Information is the effective method to enhance the ability of management.In order to strengthen the ability of quality supervision and improve the benefit of the equipment acquisition,the paper presents the definition of quality supervision based on digital military industry,analyzes the challenges and opportunities of digital manufacture upon equipment supervision,discusses the innova-tion theory of combining the systems engineering,concurrent engineering and synthetic integration, puts up with the new equipment quality supervision method of masterstroke based on requirement transfer and carrier on the material bill,and finally analyzes the basic content of equipment quality su-pervision information management system. |
