| 摘 要： | 机动车停车现状的调查和分析以及需求预测，是停车管理和规划的重要基础工作。本文结合哈尔滨市停车管理研究项目，阐述了哈尔滨市二环路内地区的机动车停车现状概况以及存在的不足之处；在对国内外常用停车需求预测方法对比分析的基础上，结合哈尔滨的实际情况，确定哈尔滨市的停车需求预测方法，并运用此方法对现状和规范年的需求进行了预测。
