摘    要:沥青胶浆是沥青混合料的重要组成部分,但是由于试验条件与手段的限制,我国对沥青胶浆的研究不多,针对这一问题,利用动态剪切流变仪(DSR),研究沥青胶浆性能以及胶浆中矿粉和纤维对它的路用性能的影响,研究结果表明,矿粉与纤维可以显著提高沥青胶浆的高温性能,但是,不适当的增加矿粉与纤维用量将损伤沥青胶浆的疲劳性能。

Abstract:Asphalt cement is an important part of the asphalt mixture, but the testing condition re- stricts its research in our country. In order to solve this problem, we utilize Dynamic Shear Rheome ter(DSR) to study the performance of asphalt cement and research how the mineral filler and fiber in the asphalt cement affect the pavement performance. This research indicates the asphalt cement is sensitive to temperature in the same way as conventional asphalt. The mineral filler improves the high tempera- ture properties of asphalt cement greatly. Therefore, the ability of asphalt mixture rutting resistance is enhanced. With the filler increased unreasonably, the ability of asphalt cement resisting fatigue is injured possibly. Therefore, the rational proportion of filler and asphalt can balance the properties of high temperature and middle temperature. Besides the filler, the fiber also affects the properties of asphalt cement. It improves high temperature property but harms the fatigue property perhaps.
