综合业务接入网及其向下一代网络的演进

从接入网的概念出发，结合通信网的发展以及当前国内激烈的竞争环境提出了综合业务接入网的概念，给出了综合业务接入网的结构，分析了各单元的具体功能。在介绍了下一代网络概念的基础上，依据作为核心的软交换技术的思想，并结合下一代网络的发展方向提出了基于软交换的综合业务接入网向下一代网络演进的方案，最后给出了在新时期建设综合业务接入网需要综合考虑的各个因素。

Integrated Service Access Network and Tts Evolution to NGN

This paper proposes the concept of Integrated Service Access Network (ISAN), based on the concept of access network(AN) together with the development of telecommunication network and the drastic environment of competition. The architecture of ISAN is introduced and its functions of components are analysed in detail. Then, it describes the concept of Next Generation Network(NGN) and the thouhgt of its core technology-Soft Switch. Also, the Integrated Service Access Network's evolution policy to NGN is proposed based on the development direction of NGN. In the end, some proposals are expounded which should be take into consideration when building ISAN in new period.
