| Abstract: | The financial crisis and the global economic downturn have had negative effects on our country's economy.This paper analyzes the active fiscal policy that has been carried out against the global financial crisis on its necessities,contexts and features.Then it demonstrates the coverage and the possible effects of the policy.Several suggestions are put forward to optimize the effect of the policy. |
