| 摘 要： | 利用ADS完成了900MHz低噪声放大器的设计。该文重点分析了偏置电路的设计和稳定性的分析。另外对微带线的高频寄生效应等进行了分析,并针对这些因素利用ADS进行了电磁场仿真计算,最后给出了放大器的仿真结果和最终电路及测试结果。采用ATF35143器件设计,达到了预定的技术指标。

| Abstract: | A 900MHz low noise amplifier(LNA) is designed in this paper,and focus on circuit's bias and stability.Using advanced design system(ADS) analysis non-continuity factor and parasitic factor,the simulation results and measured results were given in the final part of this paper.The measured results show good agreement with the simulation results. |
