| 摘 要： | 该文在AJ模型和后续研究的基础上引入吸收能力因素，构建了一个考虑吸收能力的合作研发两阶段博弈模型，对企业合作研发模式选择进行分析。该文认为当合作伙伴之间的吸收能力存在较大的差距时，将会存在合作模式选择的矛盾。企业应选择与自身研发实力相仿的、技术上具有较强互补性的企业进行合作。

| Abstract: | This paper inducted the factor of absorptive capability basing on the model of AJ and the later research, constructed a two- phase game model which considered absorptive capability, and analyzed the pattem selection of R＆D cooperation. At last, the paper concluded if there was big gap among the partner＇ s absorptive capability, contraction would exist when selected the cooperation pattern. The enterprise should choose partners which is similar with its own R＆D strength and is complementary in technique. It can be allwin for both sides to choose proper R＆D cooperation pattern. |
