| Abstract: | Product warranty strategy has a close connection to the whole product life cycle such as R&D, manufacturing and marketing. With the systematic analysis of the characters of changes of the recent product warranty, the article probes into the relationship between product warranty strategy and sustainable development of enterprises, and the content of product warranty strategy. The article also illustrates three aspects that the realizing of product warranty strategy affects the production and management activities of enterprises. |
