| 摘 要： | 教学平台是开展网络教学的必要技术支撑。以杭州电子工业学院网络教学平台设计开发的实践为基础，介绍了教学平台设计开发中应遵循的原则，提出了一个基于Web的教学平台的结构模型，并对平台应具有的功能和开发技术进行了研究和探讨。

Starting from introduction of the principal of web-based instructional platform, the paper then presents its instructional model and further discusses its functions and techniques. |
