| 摘 要： | 本文以我国1994-2002年29个省市的经济基本面和房地产市场发展的数据为样本,建立了经济基本面与房地产市场发展的变系数平行数据模型。根据ln(einc)、ln(pop)、work三个自变量的显著性程度,比较了不同省市间的差异。

| Abstract: | Based on the data of economic fundaments and real estate market development of Chinese 29 provinces or cities(1994-2002) as a sample, the variable-coefficient panel data model of the effect from economic fundaments to real estate market development is established. We compare the difference of economic fundaments and real estate market development among those provinces or cities. |
