| 摘 要： | 21世纪需要高素质的具有创新精神和创新能力的人才,创新型人才的培养对教育提出了新的要求。科教兴国,教育先行;振兴教育,师资为本。培养创新型教师队伍,是时代的呼唤,是教育的需要。创新型教师素质结构的要素主要体现在师德修养、知识素养、能力素质、身心素质等几个方面。
