| 摘 要： | 我国是世界上自然灾害发生率最为严重的国家之一。随着国民经济的快速增长和巨灾损失的不断上升,建立适应我国巨灾保险制度正在被提上议事日程。通过对我国目前巨灾保险存在的问题,提出巨灾保险制度建立的几点建议:发展政策性巨灾保险;合理拟定保费,实行差异费率;鼓励减灾措施,建立巨灾预警机制;巨灾保险再保险体系的完善等。

| Abstract: | China is one of the most serious natural disasters incidence in the world. With the rapid growth of national economy and the rising catastrophe losses, to set up the catastrophe insurance system adapted is being put on the agenda. This paper puts forward some suggestions to problems ： development of policy catastrophe insurance; formulation of reasonable premium, difference of the rate; measures to encourage and mitigation, building a disaster warning mechanism; the improvement of the catastrophe insurance reinsurance system. |
