| 摘 要： | 本文结合数据对我国长期以来的外商投资结构包括产业结构、行业结构及地区结构作为比较详细的论述分析，并针对我国引资方面出现的结构性失衡问题提出了几点建议，最后，对入世后我国外商投资结构发展的趋势进行了比较客观的预测和展望。

| Abstract: | With data analysis, the paper illustrates China's foreign investment structure for a long period in detail, including industrial structure, trade structure and regional structure. Then, it puts forward proposals for the problem ofstructural imbalance in absorbing foreign investment. Last, it objectively predicts and forecasts the trend of development in foreign investment structure after China's entering into WTO. |
