高等职业教育作为中国高等教育的重要组成部分,肩负着为社会培养高素质、高技能、适应社会发展要求的技术人才的重任。因此,面对社会对高技能人才的大量迫切需求,高职教育的人文环境构建、人才培养目标、培养模式以及教学内容、教学方法、管理模式必须符合社会竞争力要求。但不论怎样,培养"健全的人"的与科学教育融合的人文教育是人类的教育理想,也是高职教育的发展方向。
