摘    要:高等职业教育作为中国高等教育的重要组成部分,肩负着为社会培养高素质、高技能、适应社会发展要求的技术人才的重任。因此,面对社会对高技能人才的大量迫切需求,高职教育的人文环境构建、人才培养目标、培养模式以及教学内容、教学方法、管理模式必须符合社会竞争力要求。但不论怎样,培养"健全的人"的与科学教育融合的人文教育是人类的教育理想,也是高职教育的发展方向。

Abstract:Vocational education, as an important part of China's higher education, shoulder social cultivating high-quality, highly skilled task of technical personnel to adapt to the requirements of social development. Therefore, in the face of the community for a large number of highly skilled personnel, the urgent needs of the human environment of the vocational education building, personnel training objectives, training mode, teaching content, teaching methods, management models must comply with the requirements of social competitiveness. But regardless of how the train "sound" and scientific education humanities education is a human ideal of education, but also the direction of the develooment of vocational education.
