高填充量的滑石粉/聚乙烯材料流变性能的研究

摘    要:目的研究流变改性剂的种类、用量和树脂的配比对高填充量的滑石粉/聚乙烯材料流变性能的影响. 方法对树脂配比、流变改性剂种类及用量对表观粘度的影响进行了分析. 结果流变改性剂的种类和用量、树脂的配比都影响高填充量填充材料的流变性. 结论为高填充量材料配方设计的改进以及工艺的进一步完善提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Aim To research the influence of the sort and quantity of the rheological modifier and the polymer ingredient to the flowing property of PE with high filler content talcum. Methods The effects of the polymer ingredient and the sort and quantity of the rheological modifier on apparent viscosity are investigated. Results The rheological property of the high filler content material is influenced by the sort and quantity of the rheological modifier and the polymer ingredient. Conclusion The theoretical basis for improvving the design of the high filler content material ingredient and the further perfection of the technology are given.
