| Abstract: | Aim\ To improve the properties of copper claded board with the epoxy modified with cyanate as a matrix. Methods\ The synthesis and production of cyanate and the mechanism and properties of the epoxy modified with cyanate are discussed and its application to copper claded board is analyzed. Results\ The epoxy modified with cyanate well improves the properties of epoxy copper claded board and meets the high frequency requirement in electronic usage. |
