摘    要:实验室模拟了湿法磷酸生产过程,实时测定了反应溶液的浊度,研究了磷石膏的形成过程,并以此确定石膏结晶的诱导期和晶核生长率;研究了表面活性剂对磷石膏结晶习性、晶体形貌以及石膏硬化体力学性能的影响.结果表明,表面活性剂木质索磺酸钠(MN)和十二烷基苯磺酸(LAS)都有利于磷酸在石膏介质中的滤过;掺入MN使磷石膏强度增加,掺入LAS使磷石膏强度降低.

Abstract:Gypsum crystallization was experimented under the conditions of the simulated dihydrate process of phosphoric acid production.The turbidity of the reaction mixture was measured at different periods to determine the induction time and the growth efficiency of gypsum crystal formation.Two kinds of surfactants were added to investigate their effect on the crystallization habits and mechanics property of phosphogypsum,and the internal microstructure of gypsum using Scanning Electron Microscope was studied.The results show that the strength of phosphogypsum is improved after surfactant MN is added,while the strength of phosphogypsum is reduced after surfactant LAS is added.
