| 摘 要： | 针对印刷电路板(Printed Circuit Board,PCB)的图像分割问题,对Otsu法进行了改进.即首先用基于Otsu法的双阈值分割方法分割出所需的模糊区域;然后根据PCB图像的特点,运用模糊集理论描述不良问题的能力,构造出图像的隶属度函数;最终形成了基于模糊集和Otsu的分割算法.利用该算法对各种PCB图像进行了分割实验,实验结果表明:该算法对PCB图像具有良好的分割效果.

| Abstract: | An improved Otsu algorithm is developed for the image segmentation of the printed circuit board(PCB).The fuzzy area is separated first by using double thresholds based on Otsu theory.Taking into account the characteristic of PCB images and making use of the ability of the fuzzy set theory depicting ambiguity,we construct the membership function of the images.Finally the algorithm based on fuzzy set and Otsu theory is formed.Many experiments were conducted on different images,and the results show that the al... |
