The Development and Analysis of Insensitive Ammunition

The origin and importance of insensitive ammunition are expounded and the developing history and the current situation in western countries headed by the United States are introduced.The developing condition and to restricting reasons in our country is analyzed for insensitive ammunition.Simultaneously several suggestions are proposed including studying the response mechanism and the response regularity of ammunition to the different outside stimulations,researching insensitive ammunition and establishing the standard,building the evaluation testing method and acceptance criteria for system safety.These suggestions are important for improving insensitive ammunition in our country.
