机械图中表面粗糙度自动标注的设计

摘    要:目的 采用计算机自动标注表面粗糙度, 解决在机械制图中采用手工方式标注的问题, 以提高标注效率. 方法 提供了一个表面粗糙度标注的子程序, 用C+ + 语言编制, 全部实现了软件. 结果 本程序的开发为机械图标注系统提供了相关软件, 实现了表面粗糙度的自动标注. 结论 利用该软件可在标注位置自动生成粗糙度代号, 标注形式符合国标规定, 并且随被标注表面倾角的改变而改变, 有较大的实用价值.

Abstract:Aim\ To solve the problem of marking surface roughness manually in mechanical drafting and improve marking efficiency, surface roughness self marking by computer is adopted. Methods\ A subroutine written with C++ is used to mark surface roughness is given in this paper. Results\ As a related software of size marking system in mechanical drafting, the program has accomplished surface roughness self marking. Conclusion\ The roughness symbols marked with the program can be automatically created in the appointed position. According with the national standard, the marking style is changed with the obliquity of the surface to be marked. The design of surface roughness self marking has certain practical value.
