摘    要:目的用沉淀聚合法合成聚丙烯酰胺(PAM). 方法以丙酮为溶剂, 以过氧化二苯甲酰-N,N 二甲基苯胺为氧化-还原引发剂, 采用分批加入引发剂和静态聚合合成 PAM, 研究诸因素对 PAM 相对分子质量和性能的影响. 结果合成出了具有良好水溶性、相对分子质量高于 9×105 的粉状 PAM. 结论沉淀聚合法可以直接合成具有良好水溶性的粉状 PAM; 引发剂浓度和反应温度是控制 PAM 相对分子质量的重要因素.

Abstract:Aim\ To synthesize polyacrylamide(PAM) by precipitation polymerization. Methods\ Polyacrylamide was synthesized to adopt static polymerization condition and the pattern of feeding initiator in batch, acetone as solvent, BPO N, N dimethylaniline as redox initiator. The influence of each factor on the relative molecular weight and properties of PAM is discussed. Results\ The powdery PAM having good water solubility was obtained, its relative molecular weight was over 900,000. Conclusion \ The powdery PAM having good water solubility is synthesized directly by precipitation polymerization. The concentration of initiator and temperature of polymerization were important factors on the relative molecular weight of PAM.
