| 摘 要： | 为了提高汽车牌照的识别率,考虑到摄像头安装价格低廉的特点,本文提出采用双摄像头来获取不同角度的车牌图像,并对两幅车牌图像分别进行定位、字符分割和特征提取,再用信息融合的方法来确定更可信的识别结果,以此来降低车牌字符的误识率.实验结果表明,该方法可以提高车牌号码识别的正确率.
