矿用汽车车架建模与结构强度分析

摘    要:为实现矿用汽车车架强度优化设计的数字化验证,利用SolidWorks和ANSYS有限元分析软件对其进行数字化建模,选取满载静止、车轮悬空作为条件进行了分析,结果表明:所设计的车架模型在3种工况下的变形都较小,而扭转工况下的应力较弯曲工况下的更大,前者的最大值为147 MPa,后者的最大值仅为43.3 MPa.

Abstract:In order to solve problems of the mining truck’s reasonable design and ensure its safety,mining truck frame digital modeling is made by using solidworks;the ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to perform strength analysis,which selects the loaded with static and wheel impending as working condition.The results show that the strains of three working conditions are small;the stress of reverse condition is larger,the maximum is 147 MPa;the stress of bending condition is smaller,the maximum is 43.3 MPa.
