| 摘 要： | 分析了目前高校计算机基础教育在课程体系，内容，范围，系统及中文平台，程序语言设计，教学手段，考试机制等诸方面所存在的问题；参照国家教委颁发的《加强工科非计算机专业计算机基础教学工作的几点意见》以及“三个层次教育方案”的提出的要求，对改革目前教学的具体措施做了初步的探讨。
