用LCEA方法探讨建设项目可持续发展问题

本文主要通过生命全周期环境影响分析 (LCEA)的方法对建设项目的立项阶段可持续发展问题、建设项目在设计阶段如何考虑对周围环境的生态保护、施工阶段如何考虑对周围环境影响、如何考虑建筑寿命终止后的回收与利用等几个方面进行探讨 .目的是分析维持建筑与环境系统能够和谐发展的阈值 ,并通过总结建筑领域中的经验与教训 ,进而促进建设项目的可持续发展 .

On Sustainable Development of Construction Project with Life-Cycle-Environment-Assessment of Architecture

This paper analyses the research that is m ade on sev eral aspects by the Life-Cycle-Environment -Assessment method.The first aspect is the sustainable develop ment of the construction project during the project phases.The next ones are ho w to think about the ecological protecting of the circumstance during the desig n stage of the construction project and the influence on the circumstance during the construction stage. And the recycling and reusing after the construction l ifespan are over.The aim is to analyze the boundary of keeping construc tion and circumstance systems developing in harmony.By the way of summing up the success and failure in the architecture field, then we can assure that the construction project can sustain.
