数控系统最小偏差插补算法的优化研究

摘    要:在CNC系统中,插补算法的优劣影响着零件加工的质量和速度,而已有的算法大多无法满足插补精度高、轴连续运动的加工要求。针对这种情况,在二维直线捕补基础上,提出了一种插补精度高的最小偏差法三维直线捅补算法。

Abstract:In ChIC system, the most existent algorithms can not satisfy the treating request of higher precision and benefit for motor, which deeply affect the quality and speed of processing parts, so the three-dimensional line interpolation algorithm of minimum deviation, on the basis of two--dimensional line one, is put forward, in order to improve the present level of CNC system.
