糠醛-乙二胺席夫碱的合成

摘    要:喃利用糠醛与乙二胺的缩合反应制备席夫碱配体.在合成过程中运用了正交实验的设计途径,通过选择三水平四因素对其进行实验研究,确定最佳合成条件为:糠醛-乙二胺席夫碱配料质量比2:1,实验时间6h,催化剂用量2%,反应温度60—65%。在最佳合成条件下,产率>=88%。对产物进行了熔点的测定.红外光谱分析,确定制备的产物即为糠醛-乙二胺席夫碱。

The synthesis of furfural-ethylenediamine schiff base

Abstract:The way to produce schiff base ligand by means of the condensation reaction between furfural and ethylenediamine is reported in this paper, and the orthogonal experiment is carried out in the synthetic process. Through the investigation of the experimental conditions, the best synthesis condition is the ratio of ingredient: 2 : 1, the time of the experiment: 6 h, the amount of catalyst: 2%, the reaction temperature: 60 - 65 ℃. Under this way, the product yieht is more than 88%. The product of experiment is analysed by the infrared spectroscopy and melting point determination, and the primary product is determined to be schiff base ligand.
