基于单片机的智能测频仪

摘    要:在分析几种数字测频原理与方法的基础上,讨论了以AT89C51单片机为核心控制器件,采用等精度同步测量技术,完成在0.1 Hz~1 MHz频率范围内,最高分辨率为0.1 Hz的智能测频仪的设计.阐述测量的工作原理和系统构成,以及系统软、硬件设计,并就智能测量和系统误差作了分析.实验结果表明,采用该仪器测量频率的范围和精度均达到技术要求.

Abstract:On the basis of brief introduction and analysis of several digital frequency measurement principles and methods,this article expatiates the design of intelligent cymometer,which adopts the technology of equal precision synchronal measurement,ranges from 0.1Hz to 1MHz and has the highest resolving power of 0.1Hz.It expounds the principles of measurement,the structure of the system and design of software and hardware and it also analyses the intelligent measurement and systematic errors.The results of the experiments demonstrate that the instrument fulfill the requirements both on the range and the precision of frequency measurement.
