基于CFD的螺旋式旋风分离器数值模拟

摘    要:借助计算流体力学软件Fluent,采用RSM模型,对螺旋式旋风分离器内的三维强旋流场进行了数值模拟.通过数值模拟,分析分离器内的速度特性、压力特性和湍流特性.结果表明,该型旋风分离器内流场较为稳定,但在螺旋通道的中心区域流动较为复杂,且局部区域存在回流和二次流.分析还发现,回流增大了中心区域的流动阻力,且该型分离器的能量损失主要发生在中心区域及壁面处.

Abstract:This paper presents the numerical simulation of the three dimension strongly swirling flow in the spiral cyclone based on RSM model and Fluent soft.Through the numerical simulation,the speed characteristics,pressure characteristics and turbulence characteristics were analyzed.The results indicate that the interior flow of the cyclone was steady,but in the center of the spiral cyclone,the flow was complicated,and the reversed flow and secondary flow has occurred.It also shows that the flow resistance was increased due to the reversed flow in the center area,and the energy loss of this separator has occurred mainly in the central area and the wall surfaces.
